How do i convert airtime to cash?

Select the metwork you are converting to cash, input your phone number, then input the amount, the system will automatically calculate the amount you are receiving, input your transfer pin, if you do not have one you can get for MTN here then click complete transaction, the system will open your phone dial pad, click call to complete the transaction .

How long does the conversion process take?

Conversion is instantly, immediately the airtime is received successfully, the system will credit your wallet instantly,although there are exception for days when there are report of frauds, it takes some minutes or hours to complete the transaction on these days.

How much do you charge for airtime to Cash Conversion?

Charges varies base on Network and period, for network we charge 10% - 20% on MTN while 15% to 22% for other networks, and during our Happy Hour Period, Conversion for MTN is usually 0%, i.e you get your complete cash back.

How long does the conversion process take?

How do i get a new transfer pin or change my pin

Cashbuddy do not have the access to help you change your pin or generate new one, however, we have made it easier for you to get contact the customer care by skipping all the waiting and boring questions, For MTN - Dial 180, then press 5 and then 0 to speak with customer care reprentatives while for Airtel dial 111 then press 2, then 4 and 4 again and lastly 9 to speak with customer care representatives.

What do i do if my account is not funded in 15 minutes?

If your Cashbuddy wallet is not funded after 5 minutes of completing your conversion, kindly confirm that the transaction was successful from your end, i.e, your airtime was deducted, After successful confirmation, please contact our customer care line, or chat with us via the chat box on the website, Our team will get it resolved within the shortest time.
